  Its never the quality of the food its the time it takes to get it.Breakfast one morning I waited 15 mins. after paying at the first window got to work with only 2mins before tardy.2-24-2016 I prepaid for 2 tailgate specials because of the amount of people that needed to be serviced left went to Walmart across the bridge and returned almost an hour and 10 min later.To my surprise my food was not being worked on much less prepared for me when I returned.What looked like a sub-manger came to the counter and stated while working on another order of a customer that wasn't in front of me but he and everyone being waited on were new customers. I was as a consolation given 14.00 and the two extra sides the cashier didn't place on my order.At any other Bojangles its an acceptable wait because its understood they have to fry chicken which takes time but to wait a total of 2 hours and change for food is not acceptable and my experience is not singular among this stores customers I've heard some time related horror stories and order missteps.Good chicken- Rip van Winkle speed.
